Do you work with small orders?
Yes. Tell us the product and the quantity you have in mind. If the numbers make sense we will go ahead, and if they don't we will say so honestly before you spend anything.
How do you check that a factory is genuine?
We verify the business details, look at what the factory actually makes, and check samples before you commit. For larger orders we can follow production and run a pre-shipment inspection.
I already have a supplier. Can you still help?
Yes. That is our Shipping only service. We handle freight, import documentation, customs clearance and delivery to your door in India.
How does pricing work?
It depends on the service you choose and the size of your order. Import duty and GST also depend on the product, and we flag them up front. Send us your requirement and we will come back with a clear quote.
Do I need an import licence?
For commercial imports into India you generally need an Importer Exporter Code (IEC). Rules can change, so we confirm the current requirements for your product when you speak to us.
Which products can you source?
Most things made in China: home and kitchen, electronics accessories, apparel, beauty and packaging, toys, furniture, fitness gear, and custom or private-label products. If yours isn't listed, just ask.
